Clover Grill is Jean-François Piège’s new culinary creative space dedicated to live-fire cooking and rotisserie.
The Chef offers a choice of high quality meats for an experience of delicious taste. Fish, vegetables and fruits are also proposed on this great menu. Beef Prime Angus from Kansas, Black Market Australia, Bavaria or Aquitaine, Blue Lobster cooked in the grill, small boat fish or pizza “soufflé”, there is something for every taste.
The wine list is once again elaborated by Chef and Sommelier Chef Caroline Furstoss.
Elodie and Jean-François Piège call upon the talented trio of the Experimental Cocktail Club and create a 9 cocktail list featuring classics of the genre and also offering special creations.
